Our 2019 Summer Season Recap

As the fall season starts, we’d like to take some time to reminisce about our awesome summer season spent living it up in some of the finest cities on the map. If you haven’t been keeping up-to-date on our regularly scheduled shenanigans, this will be a nice little refresher course on all the fun you missed out on (don’t worry, we’ll definitely be back next year.)

But of course, we’d be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge these amazing events would be impossible without you. So we’d like to give a super-huge THANK YOU to all of our guests across the nation that helped us make a spectacular summer. We have plenty of more exciting events still on the way. So stay in the loop by subscribing to our newsletter. Just scroll down on our and fill out our newsletter form. Remember to enter the city you’re interested in, as well as your birth month.

Our Summer Season Weekly’s

Once again, we returned to Chi City for another summer cruising on “The Lake” aboard The Mystic Blue. Things started off pretty strong, and pretty much continued until the very end of the season. Our Monday and Tuesday after work cruises have become something of a staple for Chicago summers, with almost every weekly cruise this season either selling out or being incredibly close to it.

This summer taught us a lot about Chicago, like how the city loves to take things into the late night. We sprinkled a handful of all-white midnight sails this summer in Chi-City, each of which was a rousing success. Not really a surprise, considering we were getting busy on one of ChiTown’s finest, The Spirit of Chicago Yacht. We’re definitely excited to do even more midnight summer sails next year, so stay tuned.

Throughout the summer we rocked weekends in NYC like it was nobody’s business. We kicked off our summer cruise season on Cinco de Mayo for a midnight fiesta aboard the absolutely stunning Hybrid Yacht. You can see a glimpse of how we rocked the night on Instagram

Later in the month, we got to bring back one of our staple NYC events, The Saturday Night Party Cruise on The Hudson; with our Friday Sunset Happy Hour Cruise coming back for the 2019 season only a few weeks after. Needless to say, summer weekends in NYC we’re pretty incredible. There’s still a few weeks left of our Saturday cruise on The Hudson, so if you haven’t already, hurry up and experience the best weekly NYC yacht party before it’s too late!

Can’t Talk Summer Season Without Mentioning July 4th

One of our favorite holidays hands-down has got to be Independence Day.  Why? Well because who doesn’t love BBQs and fireworks? To put it simply, July 4th this year was incredible; one of the biggest July 4th’s we’ve had in recent memory. With nearly 100% of our events being sold out, we were happy to party with so many of our fellow patriots.

We came through NYC with a wave of patriotic cruises. Our annual family-friendly parties once again gave thousands an incredible view of the Macy’s fireworks show. Of course, there was a lot more than incredible views of NYC and the fireworks. Guests were treated to good eats and unlimited refreshments, not to mention great music provided by our talented DJ’s. You can take a look at the immense celebrations at some of our 2019 July 4th cruises over on our gallery page

4th of July this year was particularly special, in big part due to the return of one very special pier-side event. That’s right, Freedom Fest made its triumphant return in 2019 at Pier 15.  Once again solidifying itself as THE 4th of July fireworks event in NYC.

Speaking of triumphant returns, Macy’s brought the fireworks spectacle back to The Brooklyn Bridge. Which (As you can see from the diagram above) made for a superb viewing for our Pier 15 guests, who were less than 2 miles away from all the action.

When it comes to celebrating our independence, one day of wild partying just isn’t enough. That’s why we hit Chicago with a week of awesome party cruises for July 4th. Kicking things off with a midnight sail on one of the city’s largest party yachts, known formerly as The Odyssey. We sailed into July 4th in style at our all-white Midnight IndepenDANCE cruise. Then we did some post-independence day sailing throughout July 4th weekend.

We were also all throughout SoCal serving up good food and great music for Independence Day. We had a real adventure aboard The Adventure, and got premier views of the annual Big Bay Boom fireworks spectacle in San Diego.

But we didn’t just stop at Newport Beach, Marina Del Rey, and San Diego. We also made our way north of LA and found ourselves cruising in The Bay Area aboard The Empress Yacht.San Francisco showed us a lot of love, and we’re definitely excited to show you what else we’ve got cooking in The Bay.

We’re planning an even better July 4th next year, so stay tuned and get ready for the immense patriotic celebrations coming to your city!

Okay, okay, enough reminiscing, whats next?

Good question. We’re gearing up for a spectacular Halloween with spooky party cruises across the country. Also, our Haunted Halloween Ball At Navy Pier is coming back for the 5th time around! As for New Year’s, you can see us returning with our usual array of spectacular cruises in NYC, and we’ve got two of the best NYE parties in ChiTown at two of the hottest venues.

Last year, we took over the Morgan MFG with an absolutely stellar NYE party (which you can find pictures of right here) and we’re coming back to usher in The Roaring ’20s at one of ChiTown’s hottest new event spaces. You can also find us at The Aon Grand Ballroom for the 8th Annual Chicago Resolution Gala.

Don’t think we’re leaving Cali out of the picture. We’re bringing that speakeasy vibe to the water aboard the San Francisco Belle for Halloween, and having a monster mash aboard The Empress. As for New Year’s, you can find us in Newport Beach, San Francisco, and we’ve also got a NYE adventure in San Diego
